Welcome to CIRC Fitness Aerial yoga kids club.
Aerial yoga is a great way to improve your strength, mood and confidence with every class. Our students will practice teamwork, support and encourage each other and learn fun and impressive routines!
This practice helps kids engage their creativity and curiosity as well as their self-belief and fitness.

Suitable for kids aged 6 to 12 years and totally beginner friendly with no experience required. We advise you to wear comfortable fitted clothing without zippers or buckles.
