Aerial Strength and Stretch
Low-impact strength meets restorative stretches and aerial class, leaving you pumped and blissfully stretched for a rejuvenating, balanced workout experience.
This class will require more technical skills; you must have done some aerial classes before this session. This class will challenge you and increase your strength and flexibility while learning to flow and transition through multiple poses. Learn to fly, balance and wrap yourself into the hammock while integrating some flips and spicy tricks into your sessions. Have Fun, work out and feel amazing.
