Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide

Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking information within 1-2 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped 5 days a week (Monday – Friday), except on IRL & International Public Holidays.

If you have requested a contactless delivery/pickup, Circ Fitness will not be held accountable if the item is stolen. However, we can register the complaint with our courier partner accordingly.

Payment Methods

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners & Discover credit and debit cards.

All your card payments are processed through our military-grade encrypted and PCI-compliant payment processor Stripe.com. We do not store any of your credit card information.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country. We ship from Ireland and a few countries and their own  import fees. Circ fitness will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of IRL.

Returning an Unwanted Item?

Something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules around fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. If you return an item requesting a refund within 29 and 45 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you an Circ Fitness gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for them

For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 

If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
